    Finance Highlights 03/18/24 1. Committee heard a report from Council President Alex Wyatt about the petition that is now in circulation that needs to have enough signatures to then have a referendum to consider changing the form of government in Homewood. He stated the latest they could have the referendum would be August. He also advised councilors they are able to provide their opinion on this matter as a citizen, but the city can't spend tax-payer money to advertise in any way about the petition or the referendum.
