Small Works of Great Art

The Homewood Police Foundation is proud to announce that it will be hosting the First Annual `Small Works of Great Art` Invitational Art Exhibition and Sale this fall. The `Small Works of Great Art` Art Exhibition and Sale will feature works of art created by Alabama`s finest emerging and established artists. This event will provide you with the opportunity to begin or enhance your art collection and is designed for both new and established art collectors. The `Small Works of Great Art` Art Exhibition and Sale is a juried art exhibition that will feature some of the finest art in the state of Alabama.

The exhibition will be open to the public September 27 - October 8, 2010

Environmental Commission Work Days

First and Third Sundays October and November

The Homewood Environmental Commission will be hosting 4 workdays on the Homewood Forest Preserve this fall. The work sessions will be on the first and third Sundays of October and November from 2 to 4 pm. The work will consist of trail maintenance and invasive plant control. Volunteers are welcome.
