Prescription Discount Card
The City of Homewood along with the National League of Cities is pleased to offer a free prescription discount card to those citizens without insurance. By using this card you have access to participating pharmacies to save an average of 20% off the regular retail price of prescription drugs.
As part of the program, you will be eligible for higher discounts on select medications. To get program information, locate a pharmacy, or check a drug price visit <a href=\\\'http://www.caremark.com/nlc/\\\'>Caremark</a>. You may also call the toll free number 1-888-620-1749. The automated voice will not recognize the identification number listed on your card until the card is activated in the pharmacy. If none of the choices apply, please say "representative" and you will be routed to a customer service agent.
There are no restrictions or limits to how many times the card is used. You and your family may use the discount card any time your prescription is not covered by insurance. For convenience all family members may use the same card.
Pick up your free prescription discount card at local Homewood pharmacies.
