Effective May 25, 2009 the City of Homewood will no longer
publish its legal notices, ordinances and other documents for
which notice is required in the Birmingham News due to the
cost of advertising
Legal notices, Ordinances and other documents where public
notice is required will be posted in four places within the city
of Homewood.
- Mayor`s Office(City Hall)
- Homewood Public Library
- Homewood Senior Center (Oak Grove Road)
- Lee Community Center (Rosedale)
Additional public notice will be placed on the City of
Homewood Website http://www.homewoodal.net/ and public notice
will appear of the Homewood Public Access channel no. 10 on
Charter Communication (Available in Homewood only) - Cable
provider for the City of Homewood.
